[Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program]

Responsibilities:

• Carry out assigned work according to Reliability Centred Maintenance (Unscheduled / Schedule / Condition Based Maintenance) and Sustainability Program, including other disciplines when required.
• Perform maintenance for specialized or complex equipment according to Reliability Centred Maintenance, especially on assets or facility systems that require expertise.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance activities, record log sheets, and input all data into the Engineering Operation Data (EOD) module of the Asset and Services Information System (ASIS).
• Request the procurement of goods in accordance with Service Work (SW) / Service Request (SR), monitor the progress of work done by vendors, and verify invoices for payment processing.
• Attend and verify Testing & Commissioning activities and assist with the Asset / Project Registration process for new assets or projects as required.
• Assist and provide technical feedback on maintenance work requiring vendor expertise, monitor the work, and report to superiors.
• Schedule and conduct housekeeping of the Plant Room, workshop, and maintenance equipment to ensure they are in good condition and safe, complying with work safety regulations.
