This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

[Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program]

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out repair work according to Reliability-Centred Maintenance (Unscheduled/Scheduled/Condition-Based Maintenance), including supporting other disciplines when required.
2. Perform maintenance for specialized/complex equipment based on Reliability-Centred Maintenance, particularly on assets or facility systems requiring expertise.
3. Support and execute preventive and routine maintenance activities, ensuring accurate logging of data in the Engineering Operation Data (EOD) module of the Asset and Services Information System (ASIS).
4. Request orders for goods based on Service Work (SW) / Service Request (SR) requirements, monitor vendors’ progress, and verify invoices for payment processing.
5. Attend and verify Testing & Commissioning and assist in the Asset/Project Registration process for new assets/projects as per requirements.
6. Assist in providing technical feedback for maintenance work requiring vendor expertise and monitor progress.

Requirements:

1. Diploma specialized in HVAC/Aircond.
2. Strong knowledge of Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) principles.
