This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

[Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program]

Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions for both internal and external quality audits, including maintaining relevant documentation and audit findings.
  • Aid in the review, update, and amendment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and forms in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps or improvement areas within the quality system under the guidance of the supervisor.
  • Assist in identifying, documenting, and monitoring potential risks within operational processes in line with the organisation’s risk management framework.
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to quality initiatives, including meeting coordination, tracking action plans, and maintaining quality-related databases or systems.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records and reports related to quality indicators, audit results, and other quality-related metrics.
