Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions for both internal and external quality audits, including maintaining relevant documentation and audit findings.
- Aid in the review, update, and amendment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and forms in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps or improvement areas within the quality system under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Assist in identifying, documenting, and monitoring potential risks within operational processes in line with the organisation’s risk management framework.
- Carry out administrative tasks related to quality initiatives, including meeting coordination, tracking action plans, and maintaining quality-related databases or systems.
- Compile and maintain accurate records and reports related to quality indicators, audit results, and other quality-related metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
