Responsibilities

  • Assist in compiling yearly and monthly work programs.
  • Monitor performance of Routine Maintenance Contractors.
  • Compile and update NCR/RR/MCS data from the ROSS system.
  • Report subcontractor performance and site progress.
  • Support quality control processes and adherence to safety policies.
  • Liaise with the Contract & Claims Unit.

Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

[Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program]

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in compiling yearly and monthly work programs from all sections, ensuring alignment with MCS standards and requirements.
  • Support in compiling and monitoring the performance of Routine Maintenance Contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Compile and update NCR/RR/MCS data extracted from the ROSS system.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting subcontractor performance (Work Orders) based on feedback from Section Supervisors, and follow up on site progress to ensure timely execution of works.
  • Support quality control processes to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adherence to the company’s safety policies and regulations (Work Orders).
  • Assist in liaising with the Contract & Claims Unit on matters related to claims and payment processes.
