Responsibilities

1. Conduct site assessments to identify building layout, architecture, and mechanical and electrical systems.
2. Measure buildings and rooms to establish accurate layouts and views.
3. Perform site assessments on mechanical and electrical fittings and building fabric to develop maintenance-suitable mechanical and electrical drawings.
4. Incorporate all engineering data into AutoCAD for engineering drawings.
5. Update the database with the latest engineering drawings for the hospital or healthcare facility.

Requirements

• Diploma in site supervision architecture or related fields.
