Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

[Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program]

  • Administration:
  • Assist in prepare, distribute and upkeep correspondence memos, notifications, letters, faxes and forms as per Healthcare Support Services management direction. Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format (document filling).
  • Assist in coordinate and administer on Head of Region Calendar and manage on day to day administrative and daily activities for Head of Region in efficient and timely manner.
  • Assist Head of Region on operational matters including planning, scheduling, preparation and monitoring of project related activities as and when required.
  • Human Resource:
  • Assist in prepare payroll documentations and reports by calculating staff overtime claims, final salary documentations for resignations, absconded and retiring staffs, and monthly Performance Incentive Scheme (PIS) forms in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist in update and record staff data in HR system including staff personal files in a timely manner to ensure staff receives their entitlement accordingly and for effective management decision making.
  • Assist in prepare new recruits staff data and staff movement in the system in accordance to the approved manpower budget and organisation structure.
  • Monitor and review staff’s attendance in HR system and thumbprint system to verify it’s accuracy in relation to claims and leave.


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Office/Administration/Human Resources Management.
