  • Coordinate with regional hygiene teams for LLS activities.
  • Organise staff competency training in LLS.
  • Collaborate on data analysis related to cost optimisation.
  • Analyse overtime for LLS Supervisors/Porters.

Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program

Responsibilities:
  • Assist and support the operation monitoring of LLS at 33 Hospital Support Services (HSS) and Hospital Cyberjaya (HCJ) to ensure compliance to contractual requirements.
  • Monitor and support the implementation of Asset System Information Services (ASIS) and data entry for Linen and Laundry Services (LLS).
  • Coordinate and collaborate with regional hygiene teams in the implementation of LLS activities in line with the approved LLS program/plans.
  • Organise staff competency training in LLS in accordance with company requirements.
  • Collaborate with Operations Excellence Department for data analysis on relevant projects/tasks related to cost optimisation and optimum linen inventory.
  • Analyse overtime for all LLS Supervisors/Porter at northern region hospitals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management/institutional/service hospitality or equivalent.
