A leading paint manufacturer is seeking a Coating Process Engineer to enhance productivity and manage operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities include supervising equipment and ensuring safety compliance while collaborating with engineering teams to support new product introductions.

Responsible for managing productivity improvement activities on Operation Efficiency (OPE) / Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
To conduct, manage, and supervise all operation equipment/tooling, process measurement control, improvement projects (reduce costs, and improve quality), and activities.
Identify information and solve problems by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
Provide relevant training when required.
Operations Research (OR) includes optimization, decision analysis, and simulation on pilot batch & MP (Mass Production).
Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate process documentation, including work instructions, quality control procedures, and equipment maintenance logs.
Safety and Environmental Compliance: Implement and maintain safety protocols and environmental regulations in the paint shop.
New Product Introduction: Support the introduction of new products and processes, providing technical expertise and guidance.
Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams, quality control, and production personnel to ensure smooth and efficient paint operations.
Education/Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience as Coating Process Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
