IQIP, the global leader in the market for pile drivers and installation equipment, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Proposal Manager. Joining our team of 400 colleagues worldwide, you will contribute to smart and sustainable solutions on a variety of projects. These range from offshore ventures like wind farms and drilling platforms to onshore developments such as bridges and ports.

As a Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating proposal development efforts for our rental and portfolio sales projects. Your responsibilities include understanding client needs, developing comprehensive proposals, and ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met. You will also liaise with various departments such as sales and engineering, maintaining a cohesive workflow while ensuring the highest quality of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the proposal process, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.
  • Manage collaboration with technical experts, sales teams, and other departments to gather necessary information and resources.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the proposal and project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client requirements, industry trends, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • A higher academic education or university degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of the offshore and/or construction industry is a plus.

Remuneration: Package will be based on experience.
