Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Property Management, Real Estate or related field.
• Good understanding of property valuation principles and the property market.
• Good research, analytical and report-writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to conduct property inspections and fieldwork.
• Familiarity with the Sarawak property market would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and assist with valuation assignments.
• Carry out property market research and collect comparable sales and rental data.
• Prepare valuation reports in accordance with professional and company requirements.
• Analyse relevant property and market information.
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions and other relevant parties when required.
• Maintain accurate valuation records and supporting documentation.
• Support senior team members on valuation assignments.
• Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
