Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Property Sales Executive to join our team at the Kuala Lumpur Sales Gallery. In this position, you will be a key member of our sales team, contributing to our brand by assisting with property management tasks and maintaining an organized, efficient office environment. You will help create a seamless experience for clients by managing administrative duties, coordinating property viewings, and facilitating communication between clients and the sales team. Your efforts will streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience, supporting our goal of ensuring each real estate transaction is smooth and rewarding. We offer a competitive base salary along with performance-based commissions!

Job Descriptions:

  • Market and sell properties developed by the group.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Attend to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Guide, assist, and follow up with purchasers to complete sales transactions.
  • Participate in weekend duties at the Sales Gallery, project sites, property launches, or exhibitions.

Job Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Own transport, laptop, and smartphone.
  • Good time management, communication skills, and initiative.
  • Result-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, dedicated, proactive, and a team player.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 1 year of sales-related experience is preferred.
