Job description

JSK Group is poised to launch new property development initiatives in Sabah. Due to our rapid business expansion, JSK Group of Companies is looking for dedicated and competent personnel to join our Management team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Property Director in coordinating and monitoring internal property sales and external sales teams' performance.
2. Plan, organize, and coordinate JSK's property sales initiatives, including sales presentations, event coordination, agent and business partner collaboration, market intelligence, and achieving sales objectives.
3. Manage and develop new customers and business partners.

PRIOR PROPERTY SALES COORDINATION EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Property Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of property sales coordination experience.
• Candidates without prior property sales & marketing or events exposure need not apply.
