Job Description
  • Prepare monthly client account statements.
  • Handle documentation for property sales and rentals; liaise with agents, lawyers, regulatory bodies, and property administration.
  • Handle inquiries regarding properties for sale and rent.
  • Find listings and arrange property viewings.
  • Upload and update property listings on internet sites such as the company website, I-Property, Property Guru, and Facebook.
  • Attend viewings for agents and clients.
  • Perform sales administrative tasks, such as preparing tenancy agreements and SPA with lawyers.
  • Arrange maintenance services like renovation, air conditioning, plumbing, and cleaning.
  • Manage all related paperwork and stay updated on news and policies in the Property market in Selangor/KL.
  • Proven work experience as property admin staff.
  • Understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
  • Strong knowledge of rules and regulations in property management.
  • Interpersonal skills with strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Diploma in Property Management or a related field is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Property sales experience is preferred.

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM4,500 per month
