Requirement

Job Tasks

• Arrange and assist Landlords in seeking tenants (Profile Filtering)
• Conduct house viewings for tenants
• Prepare and hand over house keys to new tenants
• Focus on PJ, Damansara, Subang, Kepong, Segambut areas
• Follow up with tenants to close deals
• Identify rental trends unaffected by the economy
• Capitalize on the increasing rental market due to affordability issues in property purchase
• Welcoming fresh graduates or those seeking a new career path
• Engage with a large market of foreign and local tenants
• Note: Investors prefer renting out properties over selling
