Are you great at building relationships, keeping processes in order, and making sure clients feel supported?

Join Perfect Host as a Property Owner Liaison Executive—where you’ll bridge the gap between property owners and internal teams, helping us deliver excellent service throughout the owner journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the main contact for property owners (individual & corporate).
  • Assist with onboarding, inspections, and getting new units live.
  • Coordinate owner requests and handle termination workflows.
  • Collaborate with Ops, Finance & BD teams on reports, documentation & issue resolution.
  • Manage defect notifications, owner benefits, and support inquiries.

This role will evolve along with our business. As Perfect Host grows, you’ll be exposed to new responsibilities and opportunities—perfect for someone adaptable, curious, and excited to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer care/customer service, operator, hospitality industry
  • Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal).
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Google Drive & Microsoft Office.
  • Based in Klang Valley and able to attend site visits when required.
