Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Preferably 2 years' experience in property marketing.
• Target-driven, sales-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good property knowledge and awareness of market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, attitude, teamwork, planning, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital advertising and content strategies focused on Facebook and Instagram.
• Engage with the social media community by timely responses to comments, messages and inquiries.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare documentation with purchasers, solicitors and bankers.
• Execute marketing plans, sales strategies and campaigns to generate revenue for projects.
• Maintain relationships with clients and deliver high standards of pre- and post-sales service.
• Update, track and maintain daily sales activities and clients/prospects information.
