Property Executive (Johor Bahru)

We are looking for a dedicated Property Executive to join our experienced and supportive Valuation team in Johor Bahru. If you are passionate about real estate and ready to grow in a dynamic environment, we would like to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

·Conduct property inspections and site visits

·Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for various property types

·Liaise with bankers, clients and relevant parties

·Ensure compliance with valuation standards and regulations

·Assist the department on day-to-day tasks and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field

·Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

·Strong leadership, teamwork and problem solving skills

·Good time management skills with strong attention to details

·Proficient in MS Office

·Strong communication skills in both oral and written English

·Must have own transport and valid driving license
