About the role
Pinnacle Homes Groups of Companies is seeking a driven and experienced Property Developer Sales Consultant to join the team. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality residential properties within the entirely projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you'll be doing
Meeting with prospective buyers to understand their property needs and preferences
Providing expert guidance and advice to help customers find their dream home
Conducting property viewings and tours to showcase the features and benefits of our developments
Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals effectively
Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential buyers and converting leads into sales
Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
To achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives
Sourcing prospects, attend to all sales enquiries, actively promote the company projects to prospective clients, attend customer’s inquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales
To participate in organized roadshows, exhibitions and events
Assist clients in obtaining end-financing and to arrange necessary documents to be executed by the clients
To liaise with banker in regards of clients end- financing
To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients and to ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction at all time
Responsible in completing and compiling all sales related documents
To assist appointed real estate agencies whenever needed
Responsible to maintain sales gallery/show unit/exhibition booth in good conditions
To conduct market survey and provide feedback to improve overall sales planning and service quality
To Attending to Purchasers' queries and complaints
Manage sales inquiries, sales leads, presentation and closure, including attending to potential purchasers and follow up on cases
Build personality with high level of customer service culture
To undertake any other duty and responsibilities as so instructed by the authorized personnel of the company from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
What we're looking for
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property sales or a related real estate role
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Knowledgeable about the local property market and industry regulations
A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for the real estate industry
Valid real estate agent's license or willingness to obtain one
Proficient in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with especially Mandarin-speaking clients. Ability to communicate local dialects with all levels of stakeholders internally/externally would be an added advantage
Able to multi-task, aggressive, self-driven and work under pressure
Able to work under minimum supervision with strong sense of responsibility
Demonstrated strong customer service skills, effectively addressing customer issues and controlling business impact
In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies and best practices
Advanced sales strategic skills
Personable, professional outgoing
Good organization, project management and multitasking with time management abilities
Efficient problem-solving skills
Collaboration and teamwork abilities
Multilingual skills to communicate more effectively in diverse areas
