Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The Property & Community Lead will be responsible for managing the upkeep of a community park, its assets, tenants, and facilities.
Essential Job Functions:
Performance Management and Reporting
- Work closely with Upper Management to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Lead and drive the achievement of project KPIs, including financial, sustainability, and community impact goals.
- Prepare and present relevant reports for management and clients.
Operations and Asset Maintenance
- Develop maintenance plans and SOPs for daily management of the spaces and operations, and oversee their implementation.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the property, activities, tenant relations, and asset maintenance.
- Supervise contractors and their staff, ensuring satisfactory performance and conduct.
- Advise Upper Management and the Client on asset improvements to enhance management and overall experience.
Financial Management & Control
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for property operations.
- Monitor financial performance, overseeing transactions, income, collections, and expenditures.
- Ensure charges are aligned with terms and payments are collected promptly.
Tenant Management, Rental & Bookings
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term tenancy.
- Monitor tenant compliance with tenancy agreements and house rules.
- Source and acquire new tenants aligned with project objectives.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout all touchpoints.
- Ensure the space is suitable for events and activities, meeting project goals.
- Identify opportunities to maximize rental and booking revenue through pricing strategies and space optimization.
Community Engagement
- Gather and act on feedback from community members and visitors to meet strategic KPIs.
- Build relationships with the Subang Jaya community and foster goodwill.
- Assist in sourcing, developing, and growing partnerships aligned with project objectives.
Leadership
- Manage the team responsible for daily operations, including staff recruitment and scheduling.

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu; Chinese and Tamil are advantages

Experience
- Experience leading teams
- Experience in facilities management, community management, real estate, project management, hotel management, or related fields
- Property management experience is an added advantage
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
Remuneration
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, within the range of RM5,000-RM7,000.
