Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Malaysia seeks an Insurance Underwriting – Property & Casualty claims professional to handle new business and renewal documents, endorsements, and billing administration while maintaining data accuracy.

The role requires strong Excel/Power BI/SQL/Alteryx skills, detail-oriented communication, and a proactive approach to governance and issue escalation. Training will be provided to develop technical claims capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Insurance/Actuarial Science/Economics/Finance/Risk Management or similar.
• Exposure to reinsurance or insurance claims preferred; strong interest in developing technical claims capability.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Processing and delivery of new business and renewal policy documents, including motor cover notes.
• Execution of policy endorsements, alterations, and cancellations as per SOPs.
• Assist with policy premium billing administration and defined follow-ups.
• Support renewal notice preparation and related administrative activities.
• Escalate data gaps, system issues, or clarifications as per governance.
