Job Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the PETRONAS Shop on a shift basis, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Engage with customers effectively, promote products, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organize product displays, and manage inventory.
- Assist in promotional activities, events, and product demonstrations.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues professionally.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash and digital payments.
- Adhere to company policies, brand standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training and meetings.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about PETRONAS Shop products and eager to learn.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to travel to different locations as needed.
