Job Responsibilities

1. Operate and manage the PETRONAS Shop on a shift basis, ensuring smooth daily operations.
2. Engage with customers effectively, promote products, and achieve sales targets.
3. Maintain shop cleanliness, organize product displays, and manage inventory.
4. Assist in promotional activities, events, and product demonstrations.
5. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues professionally.
6. Process transactions accurately, including cash and digital payments.
7. Adhere to company policies, brand standards, and security protocols.
8. Collaborate with team members and participate in training and meetings.
9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
2. Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous.
