Job brief
  • Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM5,000

Description
  • Provide systems implementation support and advice
  • Create training courses and supporting materials - including written, video, and interactive eLearning
  • Deliver training to a range of users, physically or virtually
  • Provide one-to-one and bespoke training for users to address specific issues
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
  • Respond promptly to clients’ inquiries
  • Communicate with clients through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve clients’ complaints
  • Know our products inside and out to answer questions and provide information when needed by clients
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keep records of clients’ interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the client service process
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT / Accounting
  • Able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Good with computers
  • Experience in customer support
  • Must have own transportation
  • Good command in multiple languages - Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin in both verbal and written communication
