- Review electrical drawings, and specifications

- Plan work schedules, and manpower allocation

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

- To assist the Project Engineer & Project Manager in the successful completion of projects within time and budget and to the required standard.

- Able to handle multiple task and project at a time.

2. On-Site Supervision & Execution

- To be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of contractors on a manufacturing plant expansion project and to carry out associated administrative duties, in accordance with procedures and standards

- To direct the work of a multi-disciplinary project contractors and to provide members of the team with appropriate encouragement, guidance, and feedback on that work in accordance with relevant project documentation.

- Monitor work progress and resolve technical issues on-site.

- Conduct quality inspections and testing (e.g., insulation resistance, earth resistance, load testing).

- To contribute to and support positive morale within teams.

- Project site is at an existing Manufacturing Plant in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan

3. Safety & Compliance

- Enforce safety protocols (JSA, PPE, LOTOTO, hazard identification).

- Always Ensure adherence to Bostik’s HSE regulation.

- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

- Track material usage and wastage.

5. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving

- Able to diagnose and rectify electrical faults during installation and commissioning.

- Liaise with Project Manager and Engineer for site related works.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma Electrical Studies

Experience in Electrical System Project or Electrical Maintenance and Supervisory

Proficient in reading single-line diagrams, schematics, and layout drawings

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project will be added advantage.

Excellent English & Malay language communication skills both written and oral

Able to work on rotating schedule, 6 days work per week with physically demanding work on site

Contract shall be review every 6 months
