Job description

a) Responsible for the overall performance of Unifi supervisor work.

b) Responsible for vehicle renewal, Puspakom inspections, and road tax.

c) Responsible for tools and equipment management for PCOM Unifi installers (UI).

d) Responsible for training and assessing the competency of PCOM Unifi installers (UI).

e) Conducting on-job assessments (Theory/Practical) such as CA1C, NTMSP, AESP, AGTES.

f) Responsible for updating the team database for PCOM Unifi installers (UI).

g) Responsible for tools and equipment for the PCOM OSP team.

h) Responsible for training and competency assessments for the PCOM team.

i) Conducting physical checklists or site inspections for the PCOM team.

j) Updating the team database for the PCOM team.

k) Managing CPE (Customer Premises Equipment).
