Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written, spoken, and read) is required. Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and site safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for site work coordination and organization, ensuring the quality of work complies with the construction schedule, specifications, and requirements.
- Plan, implement, and monitor daily on-site activities according to the work program, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and guide site workers, subcontractors, and related parties to work and cooperate together effectively, ensuring smooth workflow, timely completion, and compliance with project schedules.
- Ensure proper receipt, handling, and safe storage of all materials and equipment on-site; coordinate with subcontractors to deliver, carry, and install materials at the correct locations in good condition.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and workers to maintain strong relationships and address concerns.
- Prepare, maintain, and review technical documentation, including project drawings, specifications, and daily reports.
- Track progress, update, and amend project schedules as necessary, promptly reporting changes to the PIC.
- Ensured compliance with health and safety regulations and project specifications.
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities in materials, workmanship, or equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with schedules, quality standards, and preventive maintenance requirements.
- Prepare and communicate reports on defects or quality issues identified during inspections to internal teams or subcontractors for resolution.
- Attend site meetings to monitor progress and ensure the project is on track and aligned with the project plan.
- Oversee the installation, management, and safe storage of materials and equipment throughout the project.
- Ensure everything is accounted for during and after completion, including the organization and management of leftover materials and equipment.
- Undertake other site-related tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth project delivery.
