Job description

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Project Director in managing the RCP Project for Group Cards in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, Cambodia Indonesia
  • To prepare the overall project documentation, approval papers, and manage project budget, payments and benefits tracking
  • Work collaboratively to track the progress and report the status of specific activities/tasks under Regional Cards Platform Project project analysis, governance, reporting, preparation of materials in compliance to Quality Management process and requirements
  • Facilitate interlocking meetings and conference calls which involves inter/intra departments, project teams across all markets
  • Provide timely and quality support to Project Director in meeting Regional Cards Platform Project deliverables
  • Prepare and present project communications to all relevant stakeholders and ensure that the
  • project objectives and updates are clearly updated to the relevant parties

Requirement:

  • BA BSc Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Possess good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others
  • Good oral and written communication skills to communicate information effectively to a widerange of internal and external stakeholders across different countries
  • Knowledge and experience in C ards is an advantage
  • Highly assertive, ethical, meticulous and a problem solver
  • Possess excellent organizational skills including ability to plan own workload and manage priorities
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Possess good working attitude, proactive, resourceful and is a self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint
  • Able to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Preferably with prior experience as a PMO in a large-scale project
