Project Sales Manager

About the role

Deer Tiles Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and driven Project Sales Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru District, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing high-value sales projects for our innovative tile products.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with key clients in the construction and development sectors
• Managing complex sales projects from initial pitch to successful delivery, ensuring client satisfaction
• Negotiating and securing contracts with new and existing clients
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Providing regular progress updates and reporting on key performance metrics
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in new business development or project sales management, preferably within the tile or construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully securing high-value sales contracts and managing complex projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations, standards, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
