The Project Sales Executive/Senior Executive is key to driving sales by spotting new opportunities in both commercial and residential building projects. We’re looking for someone passionate, with great communication and influencing skills, to cover the region of Penang/Kedah/Perak.

Sales Process Management

Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and quantity surveyors to find new opportunities.

Lead Management
Follow up with potential customers to turn them into confirmed sales.

Achieve sales targets by analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions proactively.
Communicate scheduled sales reports promptly and adhere to organizational standards.
Customer Service and After-sales Support
Analyze and finalize delivery schedules for secured clients.
Provide excellent after-sales service to address any site complaints promptly.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field, with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales. Fresh grads with strong potential are also welcome!
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to speak, present, and write clearly and confidently when dealing with clients and colleagues.
Comfortable giving product presentations and engaging with people at all levels in a company.
A team player who’s motivated, responsible, creative, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Based in Penang and must have own transport.
