Job summary

Company Overview

We are collaborating with a leading brand in the office furniture industry, known for offering a wide range of products. The company emphasizes ergonomic design, sustainability, and innovative technology to enhance workplace productivity and employee well-being.

The New Role

  1. Assist the Project Sales Manager in the entire project sales process.
  2. Ensure high customer satisfaction by establishing effective communications with clients and attending to customers’ complaints and concerns.
  3. Visit customer sites and attend site meetings to resolve site issues.
  4. Work with suppliers, contractors, and consultants (Mandarin speaking is preferred) to produce costing documents and quotations for clients on time.
  5. Coordinate the external scheduling for service/project works with clients.
  6. Follow up on job status and completion, and send reports, delivery orders, and invoices to clients on time.
  7. Report to the Manager on sales prospects, project execution, weekly reviews, payment collection, aftersales service, etc.
  8. Communicate and work closely with other departments.
  9. Take on any other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a sales-related position.
  2. Preferably a Junior Executive specializing in sales with a basic understanding of procurement.
