Primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new/existing business opportunities.
Manage project development from initiation to closure.
Build and manage project pipelines in the assigned area to maximize business and achieve sales targets.
Understand customer needs and successfully introduce SKK Paint products/services directly to customers.
Build and strengthen relationships with potential partners and customers, including contractors, developers, design consultants, interior designers, and end users.
Conduct customer mapping to identify key market players.
Develop key customer relationships and action plans for each, ensuring effective communication and identifying key decision makers.
Track and report project milestones and provide status updates to management.
Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts following internal guidelines.
Respond promptly to customer requests and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plans.
Collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your technical expertise.

Requirements:
At least a Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience liaising with architects, consultants, contractors, and building owners is an advantage.
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (additional advantage).
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.
Good communication skills.
Ensure work accuracy and full compliance with company regulations.
Own transportation is required.
