Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Advisor based in Ipoh. The Project Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging with potential homebuyers, providing comprehensive information about our properties, and guiding them through the sales process. This role includes delivering exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, answering inquiries, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. The advisor will also assist in organizing sales events and support training activities for new team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Sales experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Malay languages is an advantage
  • Previous experience in real estate, insurance sales or property development is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ipoh

This is a salary(allowance) + commission position. A very attractive remuneration package and work environment offered to the potential candidate.
