You will support telecommunication infrastructure deployment across Kedah and Perak, including projects with TM, Allo and other private entities

Join our PROTÉGÉ Program exclusively for fresh graduates! KNZ Engineering is offering structured training and hands-on project exposure under our experienced Project Managers. You will support telecommunication infrastructure deployment across Kedah and Perak, including projects with TM, Allo and other private entities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring telco projects (fiber/copper).

• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal departments.

• Attend site visits and track daily progress and material usage.

• Prepare documentation, work reports, and scheduling sheets.

• Ensure compliance with technical specs and safety protocols.

• Act as PM backup when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Telecommunication, Civil, Electrical, Electronic, Network or any related Engineering field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).

• Strong interest in telco project execution and site coordination.

• Willing to travel and work at project sites when needed.

• Possess own transport and driving license (D).

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace.

• Able to work under pressure and follow timelines.

Added Advantage:

• Exposure to TM / TNB / Allo / Maxis project environment.

• Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Google Sheets, or Asana is a plus.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin is a bonus.
