My client is a prominent property developer in Malaysia and they are looking to expand the team out of KL. They are looking for a potential candidate to be part of their growing team in Johor.
Job Description
Formulate, implement, and review policies, activities, procedures, and instructions in line with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate and follow up with authorities and consultants regarding design, engineering, construction, approval, and operational matters.
Prepare project budgets and cash flow projections to assess project feasibility.
Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team to develop concepts and launch suitable products.
Review and provide technical feedback on project plans, ensuring alignment with innovative elements and budget constraints.
Lead, guide, and motivate the project team to achieve corporate goals and successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building, or a related field.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements with experience liaising with government authorities.
At least 5 years of experience in property development, with exposure to high-rise construction, township developments, or mixed-use developments.
Familiarity with GBI quality requirements is an added advantage.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a project team.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
