Project Operations Manager (Interior Fit-out)

Legend (Singapore) Interiors Pte Ltd is an interior fit-out specialist headquartered in Hong Kong since 1988, with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Sydney, Vietnam, Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Our services encompass the full building cycle from feasibility, estimation, and design to management, construction, and maintenance for high-end retail, F & B, and commercial sectors. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and work on-site to ensure effective implementation and timely completion of interior fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with the project manager to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for various project elements.
• Manage subcontractors on-site, including sourcing and briefing for costing and execution.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to discuss project issues on-site.
• Conduct site audits, measurements, and oversee site management and coordination.
• Supervise all works and provide technical guidance on-site.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing BOQ, quotations, and tender/submission processes during off-site periods.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the interior fit-out industry. Executive positions may consider candidates with less than 3 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in interiors, Mechanical, and Electrical industries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of operational and technical aspects of the industry.
• Ability to read CAD drawings.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resourceful with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel overseas for assignments ranging from 3 to 6 months is mandatory.
