Onnec is seeking a Project Manager to act as the primary interface between Onnec Group and clients, taking overall responsibility for the project’s P&L and producing accurate monthly financial reports for the Operations Manager.

You will coordinate design and production, plan resources and material procurement, manage sub-contracts, ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality policies, and keep the team updated through regular reports.

Formación

• Extensive experience in telecom infrastructure cabling deployments.
• Extensive experience in project planning activities.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site as required by projects.
• Ability to deliver clear client presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary interface between Onnec Group and clients; first point of contact for design, operational and financial matters.
• Take overall responsibility for the project P&L and produce monthly internal financial reports.
• Coordinate design, production activities, material procurement and supply chain liaison.
• Ensure adherence to contractual and commercial responsibilities by design and production teams.
• Provide regular updates to the internal team via meetings and reports.
• Transfer warranties to Contracts team upon project completion.
• Oversee Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies for Onnec Group and clients.

What you'll be doing as our Project Manager:

• Acting as primary interface between Onnec Group and the clients in respect of being the first point of contact for design, operational and financial matters
• Taking overall responsibility for the projects PNL
• Producing and issuing accurate monthly internal financial reports to the Operations Manager
• Taking responsibility for the production of specific back up financial documents for each project
• Compiling and producing monthly client reports for review by the Operations Manager
• Planning and coordinating design and production activities, and material procurement and supply chain liaison in line with project plans
• Planning and coordinating resourcing requirements in line with project plans, 3rd party suppliers in line with project plans, and project handover documentation in line with project plans
• Ensuring adherence by the Design and Production teams to published Contractual and Commercial responsibilities
• Providing regular updates to the internal team through internal meetings and reports
• Transferring all Onnec Group and Manufacturers Warranties to the Contracts team upon project completion
• Taking overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of both Onnec Group and the Clients Health & Safety Policies and Quality Assurance Policies
• Taking overall responsibility for all deliverables conforming to both Onnec Groupand the Client’s published Quality Management System

What we're looking for in our Project Manager:

• Extensive experience of Telecommunications Infrastructure Cabling deployments
• Extensive experience of Project Planning activities
• Flexible in regards to travelling and to be present on-site as and when required/demanded by the project.
• The ability to produce and deliver client presentations in a clear, concise and confident manner
• The ability to absorb and manage new services and applications
• Experience and temperament to deal with multiple site design and production activities
• Proven ability to motivate and develop project team personnel
• Experience of delivering services against formal sub-contracts
