Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Performing Arts Center project, overseeing end-to-end project management. The ideal candidate will ensure the project meets high-quality standards, stays within budget and schedule, and balances the needs of cultural programming, stakeholder engagement, and technical integration.

• Lead the project from design development through construction and handover.
• Coordinate between design consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and operators.
• Ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks align with client and cultural objectives.
• Manage contracts, scheduling, and budget control.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Report regularly on project progress, risks, and decisions to the client.
• Engage stakeholders including local authorities and community representatives.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of project management experience, preferably in cultural or public venues.
• Experience managing high-specification, architecturally driven projects.
• Strong understanding of performance venues, acoustics, MEP, and theatre systems.
• Proven skills in stakeholder and consultant management.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in arts, theatre, or cultural projects.
• Knowledge of heritage integration or adaptive reuse.
• Energetic and highly organized.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
