Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Be a focal point to clients.
2. Lead technical team and project team upon award of a contract to ensure proper project execution.
3. Manage EPC, Design, construction management and/or design build projects.
4. Manage and resolve project related issues with various stakeholders (System Owners, Area Owners, Tools Owners, Consultant & relevant authorities).
5. Ensure compliance to the relevant government application law, act, regulations, and company business ethical standards.
6. Plan, prepare project schedule and ensure project handover on time.
7. Accountable for managing the overall execution of the contract.
8. Responsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective cost control and schedule management.
9. Attend various meetings (Commercial Meeting, design meeting, technical meeting, internal meeting, and site meeting).
10. Ensure adherence to the government (DOSH) Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulation and comply with clean room protocol.
11. Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

Requirements

Must:
- Education: At least a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent studies.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC, cleanroom, or process utility system project-related fields.
- Management experience is required.
