Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
2. Lead technical and project teams upon contract award to ensure proper project execution.
3. Manage EPC, Design, Construction Management, and Design-Build projects.
4. Resolve project-related issues with stakeholders such as System Owners, Area Owners, Tools Owners, Consultants, and relevant authorities.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
6. Plan and prepare project schedules to ensure timely handover.
7. Oversee the overall execution of the contract.
8. Manage project profit and loss through effective cost control and schedule management.
9. Participate in various meetings including commercial, design, technical, internal, and site meetings.
10. Ensure adherence to Environmental Health and Safety regulations and clean room protocols.
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 7 years of experience in HVAC, cleanroom, or process utility system projects.
3. Management experience is required.
