Job description

Purpose Statement

Manages the development and implementation process of company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes.

Job Responsibilities

1. Estimates project levels of effort and resource requirements by using standard estimating techniques and tools, and by working with appropriate staff to understand scope of effort.
2. Prepares project plans, schedules and budgets by using project management tools such as PPMS, Microsoft Project and by working with appropriate staff to understand tasks necessary to complete project.
3. Utilizes BSC Project Management Essentials and Critical Skills Triangle guides.
4. Directs project execution by assigning tasks, roles and responsibilities, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans.
5. Assures project quality by using standard development methodologies and by working with Quality to develop and execute project quality plans.
6. Communicates project status by preparing standard status reports, and by participating in Senior Management, departmental and customer project status update meetings.
7. Resolves project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate.
8. Consults with internal project groups by sharing project management knowledge and assisting or mentoring more junior project leaders in project management processes and techniques.
9. Participates in external project management organizations, conferences and seminars to keep current with industry best practices in project management by joining professional associations and implementing a professional development plan with focus on project management.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and has certification in PMP, Agile, Six Sigma or Lean.
2. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required skill(s): project management, communication, financial acumen, NPI, and international transfers management will be an advantage.
4. Prefer candidate with strong leadership skill to lead the project.
5. Able to travel on assignments for extended trips, with no country limitations.
