About the role

The Project Manager – Reward will support the HRT Project Lead in managing global reward-related projects. The role is responsible for coordinating project activities across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global processes and local plans where applicable, and applying standard project management methodologies used within Reckitt to deliver on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities

HR Project Delivery Support

  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans aligned with processes and governance requirements.
  • Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and risk/issues logs, escalating as needed.
  • Ensure global initiatives are adapted to meet local legal, fiscal, and regulatory (LFR) requirements.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Regularly monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early and escalate appropriately.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the current state of the project.

Governance & Documentation

  • Assist in translating approved business cases or change requests into clear work/process requests for governance review.
  • Support documentation and preparation for stage gate reviews and governance forums.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with local HR team, GPS local hubs, and regional stakeholders on project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between global, regional, and local teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Coordinate status meetings and prepare updates for relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Regional PMs to ensure consistency and alignment of regional activities with global initiatives.

Cross-Regional & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support cross-functional and cross-regional coordination to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.
  • Escalate cross-regional delivery risks or misalignments to the HRT Project Lead as needed.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Track and escalate risks and issues that may impact delivery.
  • Support the development and implementation of mitigation strategies.

Transition Planning & Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of transition plans to GPS for services and processes approved by governance bodies.
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Track and update all relevant documentation (e.g., knowledge share calendar, trackers, RAID logs, entry/exit criteria).
  • Ensure hypercare support is in place post go-live and facilitate handover to BAU.
  • Maintain detailed records of transitions, including TO-BE processes, timelines, risk assessments, and continuous improvement (CI) opportunities.
The experience we're looking for
