Project Manager (Renovation/Contruction)

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day project operations from planning to completion.
2. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
3. Review and interpret architectural and M&E drawings.
4. Prepare and monitor project schedules, BQ, cost estimations, and budgets.
5. Conduct regular site visits to ensure work progress and quality meet expectations.
6. Manage workers and subcontractors, ensuring work is done on time and within safety standards.
7. Solve on-site challenges effectively and efficiently.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality requirements.

Location: HQ office at Klang; Duty area within PJ or KL area.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Start from 4000 and above, based on experiences.

Requirements

1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Candidates must possess at least a Degree.
3. Proven experience in renovation and/or construction project management (minimum 3 years preferred).
4. Strong technical knowledge in construction methods, materials, and site coordination.
5. Ability to read and review drawings, quotations, and contracts.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
7. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office or Excel.
9. Own transport and willingness to travel to site locations as needed.

Added Advantage

1. Experience in residential, commercial fit-out, or interior renovation works.
2. Ability to lead a team and liaise directly with sub-contractors and designers.
3. Multilingual (e.g., English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) is a bonus.
