Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects, from concept to commissioning.
2. Conduct site identification, land assessment, and acquisition or leasing coordination.
3. Manage feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments (EIA/SIA), and risk assessments.
4. Obtain all necessary permits and approvals from official regulatory bodies (SEDA, TNB, KeTSA, local councils).
5. Assist in PPA designing and structuring.
6. Support the preparation of proposals, investment pitches, and submissions for LSS or corporate PPA opportunities.
7. Perform any project-related ad-hoc duties.

Requirement

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy. Experience in supporting or leading PPA structuring, including negotiation with utilities or corporate off-takers, and aligning technical outputs with contractual obligations.

Solid understanding of Malaysian renewable energy policies and permitting frameworks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
