Job description

To oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for clients, internal departments, and field staff;

To be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes ;

To supervise and manage all sites’ work progress including sites inspection, measurement, quality verification, specification compliance, drawing compliance & etc ;

To verify progress reports and meeting minutes furnished by Site Supervisors;

To implement measure to maintain work quality and improvement; To enforce Safety & Health measures at all sites;

To manage project claims, variation order, and manage project within budgeted cost ; To lead and motivate project team

To work closely with managers of other departments to ensure close collaboration and co-ordination, as well as smooth and accurate information flow for proper execution of projects;

To co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/contractors for project executions

Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during projects construction period.

To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

2) QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements

Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.

Minimum 2 to 5 years and above working experience.

Willing to work long hours . Aggressive and fast learner.

Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.

Good attitude and responsible character.

Computer literate and numerate. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferable specialized in quantity surveying with interior design background.

Able to read and write Mandarin would be advantage.

Responsibility

Responsible to plan for pretender and post tender exercise including checking of tender documents, coordinate with project teams & subcontractor to ensure completeness and correctness of tender documents.

To calculate the cost of construction for project based on the drawings and documents.

Attend site meeting valuation, final measurement & liaise with owner and consultants.

All QS scope of works, any other tasks may be assigned by superior.

To monitor overall project purchasing materials in accordance to contractual items.

Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as Variation Order, Extension of Time & Material submission.

To check & evaluate subcontractors Progress Claim including preparing Interim Certificate.

3) SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR / SITE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications & experience :

Language Required : Bahasa Malaysia, English

Minimum 1-3 years of working experiences as a Site Supervisor in Interior Design /Architecture/ Structure Works.

Able to understand construction drawings.

Results Oriented and highly responsible for works.

Planning, Organizing, Problem Solving Skill.

Posses own transport.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

To coordinate site works and ensure the works can be executed as per strict quality standards and achieve the pre-determined plan and dateline.

On-site monitor & supervise the project progress, report updated progress or issue related at site to project manager.

To coordinate & manage the works of sub-contractors and workers.

To request for materials purchasing through purchaser & checking the delivery status of materials to the site.

To attend meeting and site inspection, take the necessary follow up actions or site visit with architect consultant and subcontractors.

To measure work done on site if necessary.

Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

4) PROJECT COORDINATOR

Requirements

Over 3 years relevant working experience in interior fit-out works are preferred.

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management.

Able to read ID, Architectural & Technical Drawings and Apply to Construction Activities.

Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Auto Cad.

Highly independent, client oriented and team player.

Willing to travel and work beyond the regular working hours.

Responsibility

Liaise with team member to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.

Providing administrative support to the project management team, ensuring all necessary documentation and records are maintained

Ensure Project Documentation are properly managed.

To plan & manage project on-site include coordinating sub-contractor, workers and materials arrangement and etc.

Attend site meeting and able to correspond fluently through email for liaising with clients, consultants and etc.

To purchase & monitor project material, workers, sub-contractor and etc.

To coordinate project daily & weekly report, work done progress claim and etc.

To liaise and obtain all necessary permits and license from regulatory authorities.

Assist with some accounting tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc projects.

5) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Requirements

Over 8 years relevant working experience in Interior Fit-Out Works. Eg. Shopping Mall, Retails, Corporate Office, Hypermarket, Supermarket

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management.

Able to read ID, Architectural & Technical Drawings and Apply to Construction Activities.

Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Auto Cad.

Highly independent, client oriented and team player.

Willing to travel and work beyond the regular working hours.

Responsibility

Liaise with team member to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.

Ensure Project Documentation are properly managed.

Resolve any site problems and conduct site inspections long the construction period.

To prepare project daily & weekly report, work done progress claim and etc.

To liaise and obtain all necessary permits and license from regulatory authorities.

6) Interior Designer / Drafter ( Architectural background)

Producing accurate and detailed ID/ architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software

Assisting in the development of design concepts and solutions

Collaborating with the project team to ensure drawings and plans are in line with client requirements and industry standards

Apply your knowledge of interior fit-out project management to oversee projects from conception to completion. ( when necessary)

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure projects are developed according to specifications and requirements.

Resolve design-related issues at all stages of the project, demonstrating adaptability and creative thinking.

Requirements

Educational Background : Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent field, showcasing your passion for design.

Experience : 2-3 years of working experience in interior design or related field, bringing fresh ideas and practical knowledge.

Technical Proficiency : Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to create stunning visual presentations.

Teamwork : Capable of working independently and collaboratively, thriving in a dynamic team environment.

Adaptability : Reliable and responsible, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and responsibilities.

Interpersonal Skills : Pleasant personality with excellent communication abilities, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Travel Flexibility : Open to occasional travel for work-related purposes, if necessary.

Language Skills : Proficient in Bahasa and English & Mandarin (preferably), enabling effective communication in diverse settings.
