Key Accountabilities

• To drive and implement Project Management Strategies to achieve effective time, cost, quality and environmental management.
• To consult and cooperate with HOD, Senior Managers, UPCM as well as Authorities to ensure timely completion of functional and operational tasks.
• To direct, supervise and develop teams’ capabilities to ensure productive and effective project Management team manpower plans.
• To monitor and control guidelines, best practices, SOPs and related legislations to ensure compliance with the company standards and its effectiveness.
• To monitor and advise contractors as well as consultants’ work progress to ensure effective time, cost, quality and environmental management outcome.
• To manage and supervise executives as well as talents to ensure the readiness of talents for succession and maintain leadership pipeline.

Job Specifications

• Qualification : Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Building Science or related discipline.
• Experience : Minimum 6 – 10 years of experience, with minimal 3-5 years of managerial capacity in construction management or Project Management.
• Technical Skills : Possess knowledge and/or familiar with Quality & Environmental Management System, Schedule Waste Management, Environmental Aspect Impact and Environmental Legal & Other Requirement.
