- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in property development project management, preferably handling residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of theproperty development process, from pre-development (design, approvals) to construction and handover.
- Solid knowledge oflocal authority requirements, building by-laws, and statutory submission processes.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills inEnglish, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (advantageous for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
- Highly organized with strong project planning, contract administration, and budget management skills.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project); AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Willing to travel to project sites when necessary.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and overseeend-to-end project development, including land acquisition support, design development, authority submissions, construction, and handover.
- Manage the entireproject lifecycle, ensuring that the project is completedon time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams (design, sales, finance, contract, and marketing) and external stakeholders including consultants, contractors, authorities, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress with strictcontrol over timelines, costs, quality, safety, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage authority submissions and approvals, ensuring compliance with local building regulations, planning permissions, and other legal requirements.
- Oversee contract administration, cost management, and procurement processes in collaboration with quantity surveyors and contract teams.
- Chair regularsite, technical, and project progress meetings, ensuring prompt issue resolution and proactive risk management.
- Drive project teams to achieve key milestones and manage expectations of stakeholders, including investors, joint venture partners, and landowners.
- Prepare and present accurate project reports, cost forecasts, and progress updates to the management and stakeholders.
- Proactively solve project challenges, mitigate risks, and maintain a high standard ofproject delivery, quality, and safety.
- Lead the handover process, including the delivery of completed units to purchasers and final account settlement.
