Job Overview
We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Project Manager to lead our Interiors team and bring bold, beautiful retail spaces to life. In this role, you'll oversee the full renovation journey—from the initial concept all the way through to a stunning, on-time, and on-budget completion.
You’ll be coordinate, working closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Strong leadership, clear communication, and a solid grasp of both retail operations and construction are key to success in this role.

Project Planning & Strategy
Design and implement detailed project plans that cover timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring every renovation aligns perfectly with our brand standards and business goals.
Team Leadership
Lead a diverse team of designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders with clear communication and confident direction.
Mall Fit-Out & Vendor Management
Source, evaluate, and manage external vendors and contractors. Oversee contracts and performance to guarantee all work meets design specifications, safety standards, and deadlines
Budget & Cost Control
Develop and manage detailed budgets, closely monitoring expenses to ensure projects stay financially on track.
Timeline Management
Create and maintain clear timelines and milestones for each phase of the renovation, keep projects on schedule with minimal impact on store operations.
Quality Assurance
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure it complies with regulatory requirements and reflects our retail aesthetic.
Communication & Reporting
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Provide timely, transparent updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
Problem Solving & Risk Management
Identify challenges early and develop strategic solutions to keep projects moving smoothly. Stay adaptable and solution-oriented when unexpected issues arise
Post-Renovation Evaluation
Lead final walkthroughs and ensure all tasks are completed . Conduct post-project reviews for improve future renovation efforts.
Requirement
5 years of experience in project interior management, specifically related to retail store renovations, construction, or facilities management. Experience managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously is a plus.
Prefer prople from Interior Designing background is advantage
Candidate with vast experience in Mall Fit-Out for Retail / Mall Outlet but without any professional certificate also the Management would consider
