Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation for property and project development.
  • Conduct or coordinate market research, site analysis and feasibility studies to assess project viability.
  • Oversee design development stages with town planner, architect, engineers, quantity surveyor and other related consultant to ensure the project meet the company objective and regulation.
  • Managing contract and procurement unit source, negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers and consultants.
  • Managing sales and strategic marketing plan.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure quality, cost and schedule adherence resolve on site issue as needed.
  • Coordination with client, consultant, authority, stakeholder and all party involved in the project.
  • Manage and monitor the application process for KM, permit and other regulatory approvals.
  • Managing ensure subordinate prepare regular progress report and well keep the site documentation.
  • Set clear focus and objective by establishing clear goal and transparent communication.
  • Ensure open and consistent communication across all project team, fostering calibration and quick decision making
  • Monitor and Analise staff performant and provide related training to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Assist senior manager prepare and manage project budgets, cash flow and financial reports for top management approval
  • Ensure that all projectsare deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget
  • Identify cost-saving measures and maximize revenue potential.
  • Risk and Contract Management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously monitor risk factor throughout the project Lifecyle and recommendation action plan.
  • Oversee contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring favorable terms.

  • Promote and implement sustainable practices, such as energy efficiency and waste reduction.
