Responsibilities
  • You will establish schedules, scopes, budgets and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • You will coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget.
  • You will report project outcomes and risks and escalate issues as necessary according to the project plan. You will implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
  • You will ensure adherence to internal Project Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards. You will monitor the quality of project delivery to ensure they meet project requirements and regulations.
  • You will provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • You will be responsible for preparation, compilation, organization and submission of project-related documentation to internal and external suppliers and regulatory bodies.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date and systematic filing system for all project documents, both hardcopy and electronic records. Support for internal and external audits.
  • You will perform any other administrative work as assigned to support the project management team.
Qualifications
  • You hold a successfully completed Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
  • You have at least 2 years of Project Implementation experience, preferably from Healthcare Imaging/Therapy Industry or Construction.
Skills and attributes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (especially Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Team player and able to work independently.
