Responsibilities :

Manage CAD drawings on all ongoing projects.

Survey sites and manage the design and construction of electrical systems.

Read and interpret electrical plans and implement them on-site.

Ensure projects meet safety regulations.

Lead and manage the M&E scope of work for construction/infrastructure projects.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and relevant authorities on all M&E matters.

Oversee and manage M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Resolve issues related to electrical systems or devices during construction.

Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary approvals.

Adhere to all Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment policies related to the job scope and workplace.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements :

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Fluency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires communication in Mandarin.
