Key Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager is responsible for leading the offshore team to achieve IT project objectives. This role involves overseeing the successful delivery of services and deliverables as agreed and documented in the Project Statement of Work and contract.
- Lead the offshore team to achieve IT project objectives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of services and deliverables as agreed and documented in the Project Statement of Work and contract.
- Ensure all project components come together to deliver according to the Project Statement of Work.
- Work with project resources, program resources (as appropriate), DXC leaders, and clients to achieve the committed results for both DXC and the client.
- Lead and be accountable for successful client expectation management, project planning, resource management, financial management, risk management, contract governance, and compliance to standards.
- Identify areas for improvement within the project and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall project success.
Education and Experience:
- More than 5+ years’ experience within IT operations of infrastructure services support, operations monitoring and end user support.
- Professional certification such as Azure/AWS/GCP/Terraform/GitHub/Akamai will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication in Japanese at least certified with JLPT N2 or BJT J2 (advantage).
- Excellent understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes, preferably ITIL trained.
